These are good
Beat egg slightly in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; blend on low speed about 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed until ingredients are well blended and dough forms, about 3 minutes. Shape dough into a ball with hands. If dough does not hold, add 1-2 Tbsp flour or milk.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Mix nuts, sugar and cinnamon in extra bowl. Roll balls into separate mixture. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes in 375 F oven.
