let cool and stir in the yeast and 4 cups flour. let sit for about an hour till starts to rise.
Stir in next 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon Baking Power and 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda and 1 teaspoon salt.
Put into buttered bowl, cover and refrigerate till ready to use.
Flour and roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
add/spread melted butter, then brown sugar, then cinnamon and salt (to taste).
Roll up and pinch long edge.
cut about 1 inch.
place touching on buttered pan and let rise about 20 min.
Bake at 375 for about 15 min.
