Mix first 3 ingredients. Add other ones. Let rise. Punch down, let rise again. Roll out. Butter dough and add cinnamon. Cut in rows and roll. Bake in oven at 400 degrees.
Add icing when cool. (Powdered sugar, butter, water)
Instead of icing, you can line a pan with a brown sugar, butter mixture and cut up walnuts.
