Put dough ingredients into bread machine in order - wet first, yeast last. Use dough cycle. Remove when done, cover, rest 5 minutes.
Glaze - stir butter and brown sugar together. Pour into 2 greased round cake pans.
Topping - mix brown sugar and raisins and/or nuts together. Divide between 2 pans.
Filling - mix sugar, cinnamon and flour together. Set aside.
Roll out dough in large rectangle. Cover with filling mixture. Roll into long log. Using a serrated knife, cut into 16 sections. Put 8 rolls into each round pan. Cover and let rise until buns touch each other (60 minutes).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake buns for 15 minutes. Then cover loosely with foil. Bake 10 minutes more. Turn onto plate, scrape remaining topping from pan.
Cut apart and freeze if desired.
