To make cake base: Mix first 8 ingredients with a hand mixer. Press into a deep dish pie plate which has been sprayed with Pam.
To make filling: Mix 4 filling ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth, about 3 minutes. Pour over the cake base.
To make Streusel topping: Using a fork, mix 4 topping ingredients. "Cut" the softened butter into the dry mix. Then add the pecans and mix. Sprinkle over the layer of filling.
Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
The ingredients are simple and probably already in your pantry. It's a little fussy to make, but very well worth it!
