Place all ingredients except brown sugar in a mixing bowl (use 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon)
Mix together with electric mixer
Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan and put in the mixture and level
Cut 3 slices of butter about 1/4” thick
Cut each of these butter slices into 4 pieces
Press these 12 butter pieces into the mixture spacing about equal distance apart - press in just enough to have a little divot above each
Fill each divot and a little way around it with brown sugar
Sprinkle a light coating of cinnamon over the entire top
Bake for 30 minutes
