Makes 12 cupcake-sized muffins
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Mix in wet ingredients
- Spoon into greased muffin/cupcake tin
- Bake for 20 minutes
- After baking, brush melted butter on top and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar
