Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425. Combine flour, salt, milk and eggs in a bowl and beat until just smooth. In a small bowl, mix together pears, sugar, and cinnamon. Once pear mixture is combined, set aside. Spray muffin pan liberally with nonstick cooking spray and fill halfway full with flour mixture. After filling the cups, drop one tablespoon full of pears into the middle of each muffin cup. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Flash freeze. After freezing, place into a gallon freezer bag, label, and freeze. To serve: reheat in microwave for 1 minute.
Can also use cinnamon apples, blueberries, etc.
