Suggest a better descriptionCombine egg whites and water. Beat until stiff. Add pecans, coating them with the egg mixture. Add Splenda, salt, and cinnamon, coating well. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes and move cookie sheet to top for the last 10 minutes.
