Dissolve yeast in scaled milk (120 degrees to 130 degrees). Add sugar, salt, shortening, and flour. Mix and knead. Let raise 1 hour or until doubled and mix down. Let raise 45 minutes. Knead. Divide into 4 equal parts. Knead and flatten into a rectangle. Mix brown sugar splenda and cinnamon together. Spread dough with Cinnamon mixture, put raisins on. Make into loaves. Place into GREASED bread tins. Let rise in pans for 20 min. or until rounded. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place on wire racks to cool on their sides. (Makes 4 loaves)
