Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Spray cooking spray on 9x13 pan. Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Slowly stir in the melted butter. Pour into pan. In another pan, mix the 1 c. butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon together until well combined and creamy. Drop evenly over batter by tablespoons and use knife to swirl through the batter. Bake for 28-32 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean. In medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle evenly over warm cake.
