Place in bread machine using dough cycle (1/2 hour):
1 Egg plus water to equal 1 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbl. Oil
1 tsp. Salt
3 Tbl. Sugar
3 ¼ Cups Flour
1 ½ tsp. Yeast
Butter
Cinnamon
White Sugar
Roll out into a 10 x 15” rectangle - Spread with thick layer of butter
Sprinkle with layer of sugar and cinnamon (not sparingly)
Roll Jellyroll style – Cut into 12 rolls
Place in a greased 9 x 13’ greased pan
Cover with a dishtowel. Let rise overnight. Bake 20 minutes at 350° for 20 minutes.
While warm frost with:
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Tbl. Sour cream
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
¼ tsp. Almond extract
2 tsp. Butter (softened)
