Combine 1 cup of flour with yeast.
In a small pan, mix milk, butter, sugar and salt.
Heat until butter almost melts.
Mix with flour and eggs.
Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then high speed for 3 minutes.
Add remaining flour and knead for 3-5 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Punch down.
Grease baking pan.
Mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Roll dough into 12 by 8 inch rectangle.
Spread butter over dough.
Sprinkle with filling and apples.
Roll and cut into 12 pieces.
Place in baking pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 30 minutes or until doubled.
Brush with cream.
Bake at 190 F for 20-25 minutes
Brush again with cream.
Cool for 1 minute.
Drizzle with glaze sauce: Powdered sugar, vanilla and cream.
