Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter in small saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts, set aside to cool. Dissolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixer bowl with dough hook. Add cooled milk mixture; eggs and 4 cups of flour; mix about 2 mins on speed 2. Keep adding flour 1/2 c up at a time, continue to mix for a couple mins. Knead dough and place in greased bowl to rise (at least an hour). Divide dough in half for rolls.
Put brown sugar, sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon into food processor or mixer; blend and add nuts.
Roll half of dough into rectangle (10X24), spread cinnamon-sugar mix evenly on dough, roll tightly from long side to form 24" roll; cut into 1" slices, about 22-24; let rise for about an hour, bake at 350, 20-25 mins. butter tops.
