making cinnamon rolls in the bread machine
Put all in bread machine in the order listed. Then set to "dough" only (mine takes about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Check sides during mixing and scrape down with spatula if needed to ensure complete mixing.
When bread machine finishes, dump dough onto floured surface and roll into large rectangle approx. 1/4" thick. Mix filling ingredients and spread to the edges. Roll the dough and cut into 1" slices. place in a greased pan lightly touching. Cover with tea towel and let rise for approx. 30 minutes (or until they double in size). Bake for 25 minutes in oven preheated to 350.
