Homemade cinnamon rolls
Pit flour in tupperware bowl with lid. Make a well in the center. Scald milk, then cool with water and add sugar, salt, eggs, and yeast. Pour into well and close lid. When lid pops, add 1/2 pound m.elted butter and mix. Add more flour until dough is easy to handle. Knead in bowl about 5 minutes and then seal lid. When dough has doubled, punch down and let rise until double again.
Grab 1/2 of dough and roll out into rectangle. Spread 1/2 butter on top. Add sugar and cinnamon on top. Roll and cut rolls and place into 13x9 pan. Cover and let rise. Once risen, bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
