Let bread dough thaw - roll out both loaves together to about 10x12. Sprinkle butter, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins on bread. Roll up lengthwise. Cut into 12 1" pieces. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Let rise overnight in the refrigerator or in warmed oven for 2 1/2 hours until rolls are about 1/2" from top of pan.
Bake at 325 degrees (glass) or 350 degrees (metal) for 20 minutes. Drizzle glaze on warm rolls.
Note: if letting rise overnight, let pan set out for an hour or so before baking
