Whip together butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients together and mix into one. Roll into a log and put into the fridge for 30 min until hardened. Then roll out and cut into 3” logs. Place in oven for 10-12 min. Immediately after removing from over toss cookies in a pan of (1/2c Sugar; 2 tsp cinnamon) and coat evenly. Let cool.
