Preheat oven to 425
Grease muffin pan, cavities and top
Beat oil and sugars until combined
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
Add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, coves and salt, mix well
In a small bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree and milk
Add to flour mixture
Spoon batter into tins, filling almost all the way to the top
Bake for 15-17 mins
Cool in pan for 2 mins
Turn onto cooling rack to cool
In another small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon.
In another small bowl, melt the butter.
Dunk each muffin top down in the butter, roll in the sugar mixture
