Delicious cinnamon sugar cashews just like at the Ballpark! They smell and taste amazing for a fraction of the price the vendors sell them for. You could probably substitute other types of nuts also.
Pre heat oven to 250 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Lightly beat the egg white, add the water, and beat until frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts, and stir until well coated. (I use a Tupperware with a lid and just shake them around) Mix the sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. sprinkle it over the nuts. Toss or shake to coat. Spread evenly over the pan so they are in a single layer. I add a bit more cinnamon and sugar to the top, but that is up to you.
Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally. They are done when they no longer move around freely and they are dry. Remove from pan and enjoy warm, or store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
