Yummy light cinnamon tea cake.
Enjoy with a coffee or tea in the afternoon or for dessert!
1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C and prepare a bread tin with baking paper.
2. Beat the egg whites in a electric mixer until stiff.
3. Add the egg yolks then gradually beat in the sugar, beat well between each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and vanilla together. Slowly at it to the egg mixture a little at a time.
5. Gently stir in the flour and melted butter. Mix until combined.
6. Pour mixture into bread tin and bake in a pre-heated oven for approx 20 - 25 minutes.
7. While hot, brush some melted butter over cake and sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
