Greek cookie
NOTE: nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon should measure 1 tablespoon
1. Pour into a large bowl:
White wine
Oil
Nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon or ground pepper
Baking powder
2. Add flour into mix one cup at a time, mixing after each cup.
Dough should be a little sticky.
3. Make the round shapes, or whatever you prefer. Roll them to make into a circle.
4. Bake at 375 degrees. 15 minutes bottom tray, 15 minutes top tray if no convection oven
NOTE: You can use a cup or two of sugar, if you want it sweet.
