Decadent and can use up a lot of the leftover pieces of chocolate you may have lying around
Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour an 8" square cake pan, knocking out excess flour.
In a heavy saucepan, melt bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring until smooth, and remove pan from heat. Cool mixture to lukewarm and then whisk in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking well until mixture is glossy and smooth. Stir in salt and flour, just until combined, and then stir in the semisweet and milk chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly in pan and sprinkle with white chocolate chips. Bake in middle of oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a tester comes out with crumbs. Cool brownies completely before cutting.
