Add red peppers and continue sautéing until slightly tender.
Add oregano, and chili flakes, and continue to sauté until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, corn, wine, and veggie broth.
Add tofu and mushrooms and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Stir in salt, pepper, basil, tarragon, and parsley and greens and simmer for about 5 minutes until greens are just cooked.
