Suggest a better description- Puiul portionat se pune intr-o oala incapatoare si se acopera cu apa, la care se adauga o lingurita de sare. Se colecteaza spuma pana cand nu se mai formeaza, iar zeama ramane limpede
- Se adauga ceapa taiata cubulete, zarzavaturile date prin razatoare si foaia de dafin
- Se reduce focu(mediu)l si se lasa sa fiarba linsitit pana cand legumele si carnea sunt bine fierte (aprox 30 min)
- Dupa ce carnea a fost bine fiarta, se scoate din oala si se indeparteaza pielita si oasele si se taie cubulete
- Se readuce ciorba la fierbere dupa care se adauga orezul spalat si carnea si se mai lasa aprox 15 min la fiert(pana se fierbe orezul)
- Cat timp fierbe orezul, se amesteca zeama de lamaie, galbenusurile si smantana. Se aduce compozitia in temperatura turnand cate un polonic de ciorba dupa care se rastoarna peste ciorba trasa de pe foc
- Se mai amesteca 2 min dupa care se adauga verdeata tocata
