Add apples to pan, cook 6 minutes or until edges turn very brown. Stir frequently
Remove apples and set aside
Crisp the bacon in the pan and set aside; reserve the drippings
Add onions to drippings in pan; cover and cook 8 min or until golden
Stir in chicken broth and vinegar and thyme leaves; cook 7 minutes
Uncover and return apples to pan
Cook 3 minutes or until heated.
Stir in bacon, salt and pepper
