Indian sweet to help with lactation
Heat milk in pot on medium high heat (8). While waiting for milk to boil, melt ghee in saucepan on medium high heat (8). Add cream of wheat to ghee and mix well. Turn saucepan heat back to medium low (4). Keep stirring until milk boils, then add milk to saucepan and stir well. Add small handful of raisins. Stir until mixture is thick. Turn heat back to low (2), add sugar and mix well. Turn heat back up to medium (6) to make it more solid.
