Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the broiler, with the rack 3 inches from the heat. Mix sugar with the zest and add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil. Place salmon on foil and spread with brown sugar glaze. Broil salmon for 6 to 8 minutes or until the thickest part of the salmon reaches an internal temp of 130F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 2.
