Remove rind from orange, remove any white pith. Cut rind into thin strips, drop into saucepan of boiling water, boil 3 minutes, drain.
Combine undiluted orange juice, honey, sugar, orange rind strips, soya sauce and mustard in a small saucepan, stir constantly over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat, stir in liqueur. Cool before using.
