Suggest a better descriptionRemove rind from orange, removing any white pith.
Cut rind into thin slices.
Drop into saucepan of boiling water, boil 3 minutes, drain
Combine undiluted orange juice, honey, sugar, orange rind strips, soy sauce and mustard in a small saucepan.
Stir continuously over heat, do not let boil, until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat, stir in liqueur.
Cool before using.
Remove skin from ham.
Brush with glaze, arranging rind strips in a pleasing pattern.
Bake in moderate oven for 45mins - 1 hr.
Brush frequently with glaze during baking.
