Mix the Olive Oil and Orange Juice in a large bowl
Soak each Salmon filet in this mixture
Mix the spices together in a bowl
Sprinkle the spices over the Salmon filets
Stir together all ingredients listed for Salsa in a large bowl (Refrigerate until the Salmon is cooked)
Lightly coat a Frying pan with some Olive Oil
Cook the Salmon for about 4 minutes each side
Spoon Salsa mixture over the top of the Salmon filets
