Very bright, spicy flavor! Best if you can marinate the day prior.
Trim all by 1/4 inch fat from chops.
Mix together all the ingredients. place the pork into a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the pork and mix thrououghly.
Marinate in refrigeratior for at least 1 hour or up to one day.
Remove the pork, reserving any marinade. Cook the pork on greased grill over medium-hot setting, turning and brushing with marinade. cook until no longer pink inside. Season with salt to taste.
