Suggest a better descriptionBring water to a boil in a pan. Add pasta to pan, cook until almost al dente. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic to pan, saute 1 min. Stir in peas and sugar, cook 2 min. Stir in pasta, cooking liquid, and juice, cook 2 min. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt, mint, and zest, toss.
