whisk eggs and sugar together
sift over the flour and mix, stir in cream/ creme fraiche and milk. rest for 10
lighly butter a baking dish and sprinkle sugar
scatter the peach wedges and gently pour in the batter.
bake for 20-25 mins at 180 or until batter is firm to touch.
allow to cool before serving.
