Our 5 minute home approximation of Nordstrom's Soup
Saute basil in butter over med-high heat. Once basil is getting a little crispy, add garlic paste and saute a minute more or until fragrant.
Add in milk and tomato soup concentrate and still constantly until just bubbling.
Pour in the blender and add in heavy cream and 1 tablespoon butter. Whirl it up and eat it with crispy buttered toast from under the broiler with a shake of garlic salt.
