Suggest a better descriptionOver med heat cook onion, celery, carrots and green pepper in butter till tender. Stir in broth, clam juice, bouillon, and seasonings. Add potatoes and bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer uncovered 15-20 min or till potatoes are tender.
In small bow combine flour, milk mix till smooth. Gradually stir in milk mixture , clams and cream. Heat through, do not boil.
