Suggest a better description1) Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic in butter; remove from pan
2) Cook beef in the same skillet until brown, Stir in 1 cup of the broth , red wine, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes
3) Stir remaining 1/2 cup broth into flour; stir into beef mixture after simmering is complete. Add onion mixture, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Add sour cream and heat - this happens very quickly - do not boil sour cream as it will separate.
4) Serve over rice (or noodles)
