Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with fajita seasoning, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Saute 3 minutes or until browned; add 2 Tbsp water, and simmer until liquid is almost gone. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato to skillet; sauté 4-5 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Divide chicken mixture and salsa between tortillas; serve with lime wedges.
