I make these every 4th of July
Gently peel the eggs. Cut them in half length-wise and place the yolks in a bowl. Add into the bowl the mayonaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper. Mix well. Put the yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe it back into the empty eggs. Top with paprika.
