Salmon cakes are quick and easy to make with OLD BAY Salmon Classic Cake Mix. Enjoy great taste plus the health benefits of eating salmon.
1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
2. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; toss gently until well mixed. Shape into 5 patties.
3. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
