Buttermilk pie with a lemon twist
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together first 2 ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and next five ingredients into flour mixture. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until almost set, shielding edges with aluminum foil or pie crust shields after 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool 1 hour.
