Based on a recipe found on a Sainbury's Spaghetti Pack. My favourite Bolognaise.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently fry the onions, bacon and garlic for 5 mins.
Add the mince Beef and cook until brown, this will take about 5 mins.
Add the mushrooms, red wine, passata, stock, thyme and tomato puree. Season. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30mins.
Add the basil and parsley. Serve with parmesan cheese and cooked spaghetti.
