A basic, classic stir-fry
Boil the noodles as directed and add a pinch of salt
Drain and run under cold water until cool.
Toss with 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking and set aside.
Soak the meats in soy sauce and put aside.
Add oil to the skillet on high heat.
When hot, add the onion, garlic, and ginger, stirring occasionally.
Add in vegetables and cook, stirring almost constantly.
Remove the vegetables and set aside.
Drain the meat, and keep the soy sauce.
Add the meat to the skillet and cook.
Add the soy sauce and stir.
Mix in the noodles and vegetables to reheat, then serve.
Add anything that you want to add to make it yours.
