The best way to feed a crowd- and leftovers are the best!
Preheat oven 400.
Spoon 1/4 of red sauce at the bottom of a greased 9x13 backing dish (glass)
Mix everything but the pasta and red sauce.
Spoon mixture into shells, and place shells into baking dish, up right. When finished, spoon remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with more cheese, bake covered 20 min.
OPTIONAL add-ins: If desired, add cooked sausage/ ground beef, spinach, tomato, etc... into mixture and spoon into shells. Bake and cook same.
I prefer mine with spinach!
