1. In saucepan melts caramels and 1/3 cup evaporate milk on LOW heat.
2. Grease and flour oblong pan.
3. Stir by hand cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporate milk.
4. Take 1/2 cup of batter and put in bottom of cake mix.
5. Bake 10-12 minutes.
6. Take melted caramel mixture and spread over baked cake.
7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
8. Take leftover cake mix and spoon onto caramel and chocolate.
9. Bake another 15-20 minutes.,
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
