Bread substitute for no carb eating plans
Separate 3 eggs.
Add 1/8tsp cream of tarter to egg whites and beat until it makes stiff peaks.
Add 3-4tbs of sour cream to the egg yolks. Stir really good.
Fold in the egg white mixture to the egg yolk mixture. Take a 1/2cup measuring cup and dip out. Flatten to 1/2 inch. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min, you just have to watch them!
