1) Preheat oven to 300
2) Separate Egg whites and Egg yolk into two bowls
3) Beat egg whites with hand mixer
4) Add cream of tartar (or baking powder) and beat until opaque and shiny
5) Beat the cream cheese and egg yolks
6) Fold egg whites into yolk slowly
7) Bake for 30 minutes
