Cut two pieces of fresh horseradish root -- each about 1 inch square.
Mince 1 clove garlic.
Add horseradish and garlic to food processor and process until horseradish is finely ground - about 15 seconds.
Add lemon juice and process until mixed - about 5 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and process until thoroughly mixed, scraping the bowl once or twice as needed.
Store in a clean jar for up to a week in the refrigerator.
Instead of sriracha, you may use any hot sauce you prefer and vary the amount to reach the level of spiciness you desire.
