Suggest a better descriptionLightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. Mix nuts, coconut, cereal, oats and cherries. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine brown rice syrup with peanut butter, brown sugar and cocoa. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes. Add vanilla and almond extracts and salt. Pour brown rice syrup mixture over the nut mixture. Stir. Press into baking pan and allow to cool for about an hour before cutting into bars.
