this syrup is quick and easy to prepare. it can be added to hot and cold cocoa drinks
whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder in a med sauce pan. add and stir to combine the malted milk powder and water. bring to a boil while stirring constantly and reduce to a simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. remove from the heat and let cool.
can be stored for 2 to 3 weeks in the fridge. to liquify reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
